“While parents would do anything to give their children everything, they sometimes forget what matters most: attention and time shared together. This performance offers a gentle reminder and invites us all to play.” (Andrej Boka) 

Through the language of physical and visual theatre, incorporating puppetry elements, occasional burlesque-like sketches, and a lot of music, the performance presents the metaphorical story of a broken family, exploring themes of love, parental responsibility, and the power of care. 

We believe that stories have a healing power, and through this narrative we aim to offer points of reference and support to the generation growing up today. 

The production is part of the theatre’s repertoire in both Hungarian and Serbian language. The Serbian version has received several awards, including three major prizes at the 14th Zaječar Children’s Theatre Festival in 2024. The professional jury awarded the production the prize for Best Performance; in addition, Blanka Horváth received the award for Best Actress for her strong stage expressiveness, while Csaba Bence Kőműves was awarded Best Actor for his compelling stage presence. In the same year at the 23rd International Festival of Children’s Theatres in Banja Luka, the Grand Prize for Best Performance was awarded to the production Play with Me! The jury’s decision and justification was the following: “This play is approaching children’s loneliness in a unique way, through a masterful blend of theatrical expression, rich poetic symbolism, and playful humor, making it truly distinctive.”
